- Select DOFE Insurance
- Choose Individual or Manpower
- Select Jyoti Life Insurance Co. Ltd
- Enter Passport for Individual or
- Enter Passport No. and Lot No. for ManPower
- Click Get Details and then Click Next with Remarks
- And Submit for Payment
