In Nepal, he spent almost half a decade with Laxmi Bank leading large transformational projects related to business operations and technology. He has also served as a Director of NIC Asia Bank, one of the biggest brands in banking in Nepal and Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited, the leading name in life insurance business in Nepal. Mr. Khatri has been with JyotiLife since the inception of the company and has been leading the organization since the start.

Mr. Pharshu Ram Marasini has experience of more than 15 years in Life Insurance Sector. Starting his career with journalism, he joined life insurance industry early 2000 at MetLife Insurance where he worked in various areas gathering ample of experience in Life Insurance sector. He also was with Prime Life Insurance mainly focusing on Agency Sales and Management. Mr. Marasini has been with Jyoti Life Insurance Company Limited as Head – Agency Sales since inception and leading the sales of the company.

Mr. Rajiv Gurbacharya comes with over a decade of experience and exposure with local and multinational companies. He started his career with Standard Chartered Bank after which was with MetLife as underwriter. He also was with Prime Life Insurance leading underwriting, valuation, product development and policy servicing. He also holds Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI) and Associate Customer Service (ACS) certificates. Mr. Gurbacharya has been working with Jyoti Life Insurance Company Limited and leading the Underwriting and Policy Servicing Department since inception.

Since inception of JyotiLife, Mr. Mainali has been played crucial managerial roles in different departments.
